In short

How a 300-person retailer connected NetSuite, four banks and its approval rules in two days.

Brightloom’s finance team had one condition: the switch couldn’t touch the October close. So the team set aside a weekend.

Saturday: connections

NetSuite, four bank feeds and the corporate card program were connected by lunchtime. Historical data for the last twelve months synced overnight.

Sunday: rules

Approval limits came straight from the existing policy document. The team ran the agents in shadow mode against September’s data and compared every result with what had actually been posted.

Monday: go-live

By Monday the agents were live on new invoices. The October close finished a day earlier than September’s.
