Who we are
Kestrel Finance, Inc. builds AI agents for finance teams. We are the controller of personal data collected on our website and the processor of data our customers put into the Kestrel app.

What we collect
When you book a walkthrough or sign up for updates we collect your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us.
When you use the app we process the documents, ledger data and user details your company connects. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
We use website data to reply to you, run demos and send updates you asked for. We use app data only to provide the service to your company, keep it secure and support you.
We never sell personal data and we never use customer financial data to train models for other customers.
Where it’s stored
Customer data is stored in the United States or the European Union, depending on the region your company chooses. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use a small number of vetted subprocessors for hosting, email and support. The current list is available on request.
How long we keep it
We keep website enquiries for up to two years. App data is kept for as long as your company’s contract is active and deleted within 30 days of the end of the contract, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time from any email we send.
If you’re a user of a customer’s account, please contact your company’s administrator first.
